Key Qualifications:
- Currently in the Clinical Fellowship Year for speech-language pathology
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Eligibility for Vermont licensure (or ability to obtain prior to start)
- Strong interest in working with school-aged children and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams
- Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills
- Adaptability and a proactive approach to new settings
Core Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language therapy services to students in accordance with IEP goals and school policies
- Assess, diagnose, and document communication disorders using evidence-based practices

- Maintain accurate records, participate in IEP meetings, and contribute to multidisciplinary discussions
