You’ll work at a single school site, collaborating with dedicated educators and contributing to positive student outcomes throughout the academic year.
Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences & Disorders
- Active GA PSC credential (new state requirement), state licensure, and ASHA certification
- Completion of all time-sensitive credentialing documents, including fingerprinting and drug screening
- Previous school-based experience is helpful, but enthusiastic new graduates are welcomed
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- Commitment to supporting students’ communication and academic success
Role Responsibilities:
- Provide diagnostic and therapy services for a caseload ranging from 45-55 students at the assigned middle or high school
- Develop individualized treatment plans aligned with student needs
- Collaborate with classroom teachers, administrators, and parents to ensure a holistic and coordinated approach to student progress
- Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with federal, state, and district regulations
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute insights to the educational team
On-site attendance is required, fostering an in-person connection with students and colleagues. The position begins July 27, 2026, and runs through May 28, 2027, covering the full academic calendar. As part of the selection process, prescreen interviews may be scheduled; please provide preferred availability between 9-11 a.m. or 2-3 p.m. EST.
