Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CFY) – Significant Support Needs – Denver, CO
We are currently seeking a Clinical Fellow Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CFY) to support students with Significant Support Needs (SSN) in Denver, Colorado. This full-time position offers valuable mentorship and supervision as you complete your clinical fellowship year in a supportive school-based environment. The role involves providing speech and language services to students with complex communication needs as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Candidates must hold an active Colorado Department of Education (CO DOE) certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist or be eligible for it prior to starting the position.
Job Responsibilities:

Deliver speech and language therapy services under the supervision of a licensed SLP-CCC

Assist in conducting evaluations and developing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)

Support the use of augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) systems

Provide direct and consultative services to students with moderate to severe disabilities
-
Collaborate with special education teachers, related service providers, and families

Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with applicable guidelines
Requirements:

Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
-
Active or pending Colorado Department of Education certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist

Eligible for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)

Strong interest in working with students with significant support needs
