Desired Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences
- Eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) and applicable state licensure
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
- Self-motivated with strong time management and organizational skills
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and contributing to a collaborative team
- A driven desire to advocate for students from diverse backgrounds
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of speech, language, and communication disorders for school-aged children
- Develop and implement personalized therapy plans centered on student needs and IEP goals
- Document progress, maintain accurate records, and collaborate with teachers, staff, and caregivers
- Participate in IEP meetings, contributing expertise and insights
- Utilize a variety of therapy methods and resources to maximize student outcomes
- Grow professionally through consistent supervision, mentorship, and networking with experienced SLPs
