Speech Language Pathologist – Part-Time (Onsite)
Location: Conway, MO
Start/End Date: ASAP – End of School Year (EOSY)
Hours: Part-time, 3 days per week
Position Overview:
Conway School District is seeking a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join the team for the current school year. This is a part-time, onsite role providing services three days per week. The SLP will have the opportunity to support students in either an elementary or high school setting, depending on district needs.
This position is ideal for an experienced SLP who is looking for a flexible schedule while still making a meaningful difference in students’ communication and academic development.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide direct speech and language therapy services to students in elementary or high school settings.

Conduct evaluations and write reports in compliance with district and state requirements.

Develop and implement Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals.

Collaborate with teachers, parents, and related service providers to integrate therapy into the school environment.

Participate in IEP meetings and team discussions as needed.

Monitor progress and adjust interventions to ensure student success.
Caseload Information:

Elementary or high school caseload (to be finalized by director)

Onsite services only
Qualifications:
-
Active Missouri Speech Language Pathology license (required)

ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; strong CFs may be considered

Prior school-based experience preferred but not required

Strong communication and collaboration skills
Compensation:
-
$55.00–$62.50 per hour (based on $110–$125 bill rate and experience)
