A part-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) is needed immediately for a K-12 school setting in Conway, MO. This contract position offers a caseload focused on either elementary or high school students. The role requires onsite presence three days per week during the current school year (CSY).
Key Qualifications:
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
- Experience working in healthcare, pediatric, or school-based environments
- Comfort with teletherapy preferred but not required, as this role is onsite only
- Completion of Clinical Fellowship Year (SLP-CFY) is acceptable
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work directly with students, families, and educational staff
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide evaluation and therapy services to students with speech and language disorders
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to student needs
- Monitor student progress and adjust therapy goals accordingly
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and administration to support student success
- Maintain accurate and compliant documentation in accordance with school policies and standards
