Job Responsibilities:
-
Provide speech and language therapy services to students under the mentorship of a licensed SLP
-
Conduct screenings, evaluations, and therapy sessions in alignment with IEP goals
-
Document student progress and maintain compliance with district and state requirements
-
Adapt therapy materials for diverse student needs
-
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
Qualifications (Texas):
-
Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
-
Active Texas SLP Intern license (or eligibility upon hire)
-
Strong communication and organization skills
-
Passion for working in a school-based setting
