We are currently seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a school-based team in Concord, CA. This is a full-time, onsite position serving students with a range of speech and language needs across one or more school sites.
Responsibilities:

Provide direct speech-language therapy to students in accordance with IEP goals

Conduct speech and language evaluations and write comprehensive reports
-
Develop and manage Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
-
Collaborate with teachers, families, and support staff to promote student progress
-
Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions

Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with district and state requirements
Caseload:

Caseload details (grade level and size) will be provided during the interview process

Mild to moderate student needs expected
Qualifications:
-
Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders

Valid California SLP license (required)
-
ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; CFs may be considered

Previous experience in school settings preferred

Familiarity with SEIS (Special Education Information System) is a plus

Strong collaboration and communication skills
