Desired Experience & Qualifications:
- SLP-CFY (Clinical Fellowship Year); actively seeking candidates ready to complete their CFY requirements
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Willingness to relocate to the Salinas, CA area
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Passion for working with children in a school-based setting
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language therapy services to students, both individually and in small groups
- Develop, implement, and update IEPs in partnership with educators and families
- Document progress and maintain accurate records in accordance with school policies
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute expertise
