Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Speech Language Pathologist Clinical Fellow (SLP-CFY) to join our team in the Bradenton, FL area schools. This is an excellent opportunity for a new graduate to gain valuable experience while receiving strong mentorship and support in a school-based setting.
Key Responsibilities

Conduct screenings, evaluations, and assessments to identify students with speech, language, and communication disorders.

Develop and implement individualized therapy plans aligned with IEP goals.

Provide direct therapy services to students individually and in small groups.

Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress.

Participate in IEP meetings, documentation, and progress monitoring.

Maintain accurate records of student services, assessments, and outcomes.

Receive regular supervision and mentorship from a licensed SLP-CCC to support your clinical fellowship experience.
Requirements

Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.

Eligibility for Florida Speech Language Pathologist (SLP-CFY) licensure.

Strong collaboration, communication, and organizational skills.

Commitment to professional growth and providing high-quality therapy services.

Previous school-based or pediatric experience (preferred but not required).
