Speech Language Pathologist Clinical Fellow (SLP-CF) | Pompano Beach, Florida

A full-semester contract opportunity is available for Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to provide in-person service delivery within a K-12 school setting located in Pompano Beach, Florida. Positions are open for both Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) SLPs. Candidates will work across multiple elementary and secondary school sites, delivering essential speech and language services directly to students.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive speech-language therapy services to students in kindergarten through 12th grade.
- Deliver hospital homebound and compensatory therapy as required.
- Collaborate with school staff to support student progress and compliance with individualized education plans (IEPs).
- Maintain accurate documentation and reporting of therapy outcomes.
- Adapt therapy schedules, including extended hours beyond the traditional 6.5-hour day when necessary.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Valid SLP licensure appropriate for school-based practice in Florida.
- Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) SLPs or those holding the Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) are encouraged to apply.
- Experience working with pediatric populations in educational settings is preferred.
- Ability to provide in-person therapy services across multiple school locations.
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills.

Summer School Schedule Highlights:
- Elementary and Royal Palm School: Planning days June 4-6; student sessions Monday–Thursday, June 10–July 18, 8:00 AM–3:00 PM.
- Middle and High School Programs: Planning days June 4-6; student sessions Monday–Thursday, June 10–July 18, 7:30 AM–12:30 PM.
- Therapists working with elementary students may extend hours to provide compensatory or hospital homebound therapy as needed.
