Speech Language Pathologist Appleton, WI | Elementary & K12 | 20252026 School Year
ProCare Therapy is looking for a licensed Speech Language Pathologist to join a supportive school district in Appleton, Wisconsin for the 2025–2026 academic year. This onsite role provides the opportunity to work with a manageable caseload while collaborating closely with educators, families, and support staff to help students meet their communication goals.
Position Details:

Contract: September 2, 2025 – June 5, 2026

Schedule: Onsite, 30 hours per week

Caseload: Approximately 31 students (K–12), primarily verbal with one AAC user
-
Evaluations: About 10 re-evaluations throughout the school year
Key Responsibilities:
-
Deliver direct speech and language therapy services aligned with IEP goals

Conduct assessments and re-evaluations as needed
-
Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs)
-
Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to support student progress

Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with school and state requirements
Qualifications:
-
Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
-
Active Wisconsin SLP license
-
Familiarity with IEP process and school-based experience preferred
-
Strong communication and teamwork skills
