Position Overview

We are seeking a committed Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team and provide on-site services in Centralia, WA. This is a full-time role working with elementary and/or secondary students, delivering speech and language support to enhance student success throughout the school year.


Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver speech and language therapy services according to student IEP goals.

  • Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.

  • Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student communication needs.

  • Provide both direct and indirect therapy services.

  • Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports.


Qualifications

  • Active Washington State SLP License.

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.

  • ASHA Certification (CCC-SLP) preferred; CFs considered.

  • Previous school-based experience is a plus.


Assignment Details

  • Location: Centralia, WA

  • Schedule: Full-time, on-site only

  • Student Population: Elementary and/or secondary students

  • Duration: Full school year


Compensation

Compensation for this position ranges from $50 to $55 per hour. We pay for direct and indirect services. Eligible candidates may also receive healthcare benefits, housing, and meals/incidentals.
