Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- Valid state licensure for speech-language pathology
- Prior experience in school-based settings preferred
- Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills
- Ability to manage a diverse caseload across multiple locations
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct therapy and diagnostic services to students with a range of communication disorders
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
- Keep thorough documentation and progress monitoring records in accordance with school and state requirements
- Provide consultative support and resources to teachers, support staff, and families
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to optimize outcomes for students
- Travel between four nearby school sites (all within a short drive)
