ProCare Therapy is looking for dedicated Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to support K–12 students across Michigan for the 2025–2026 school year. Whether you’re completing your Clinical Fellowship (CF) or an experienced clinician seeking a new opportunity, our team will help you find the right position based on your goals, background, and preferred location.

Responsibilities

Evaluate and treat speech, language, and communication needs for K–12 students
-
Develop individualized therapy plans aligned with IEP goals
-
Deliver direct therapy and collaborate with educators and families

Maintain documentation in accordance with Michigan Department of Education (MDE) standards
Qualifications
-
Active Michigan Speech-Language Pathology license (or eligibility to obtain)

Michigan Department of Education (MDE) approval as a Speech-Language Pathologist (or willingness to pursue)

Knowledge of IDEA and IEP implementation procedures
-
Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
