Speech Language Pathologist – School-Based Role
Hours: Full-Time
Contract: Full School Year
Work Environment: Onsite Only

Overview
Sunbelt Staffing is partnering with a Roanoke-area school district to bring on a full-time Speech Language Pathologist. This position provides consistent, school-year stability and the chance to support students’ communication growth through direct services and collaboration with campus teams.

Qualifications
•     Valid Virginia SLP license
•     Prior school experience preferred
•     Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
•     Must be available onsite for the entire assignment

What the Role Involves
•     Deliver direct therapy and consultative speech-language services
•     Complete evaluations, re-evaluations, and ongoing progress monitoring
•     Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary planning
•     Maintain compliant documentation per district and state standards
•     Serve assigned school sites; caseload specifics reviewed during the interview
