Speech Language Pathologist – Full-Time Position (Castle Rock, CO Area)
Blazer Jobs is currently interviewing experienced Speech Language Pathologists (SLP) for a full-time role with school districts in the Castle Rock, CO area. This is a great opportunity to work with students in an educational setting while receiving excellent benefits and competitive pay.
Position Requirements:
To apply, candidates must meet the following local and state requirements:

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
-
Active Colorado State License as a Speech-Language Pathologist
-
ASHA Certification (or equivalent state credentials)
-
Experience working with school-aged children, preferably in a school setting
-
Ability to pass background checks and any additional district-specific requirements
Key Responsibilities:
-
Conduct speech and language assessments to identify students' needs
-
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for students with speech and language disorders
-
Provide direct therapy services to students in individual and group settings
-
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other staff to support students' educational goals
-
Maintain accurate records of students' progress and treatment plans
-
Participate in IEP (Individualized Education Program) meetings and provide recommendations
-
Monitor and adjust therapy interventions based on student progress
