Position Overview:
A welcoming and student-focused school district near Castle Rock, CO is seeking a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to support their K-12 population. This role offers a chance to make a direct impact by helping students improve communication and academic performance in a collaborative educational environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide speech-language therapy to K-12 students

Complete evaluations and assessments to guide treatment

Develop and manage Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)

Track student progress and maintain detailed documentation

Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other specialists

Participate in IEP meetings and student planning sessions
Qualifications:

Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
-
Colorado SLP license (or ability to obtain one)

Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred

Strong interpersonal and organizational skills

School-based experience is a plus but not required
