Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Opportunities | Castle Rock, CO
Douglas County School District RE-1 | Onsite | 2025–2026 School Year
ProCare Therapy is hiring four Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) for the 2025–2026 school year to serve students in Douglas County School District RE-1, located in Castle Rock, Colorado. These are onsite-only positions across various age groups and school sites. The district is committed to providing robust support and will consider Clinical Fellows (CFY) for one of the roles.
Assignment Details:

Start Date: August 1, 2025

End Date: May 22, 2026

Schedule: Full-time (37.5 hours/week) and Part-time available, depending on assignment

Work Model: Onsite only

Caseloads Available:
-
K–12 Academy: 0.5 FTE
-
Middle School / High School Split: 1.0 FTE
-
Elementary School (2 campuses): 1.0 FTE
-
High School (CFY Supported): 1.0 FTE
Key Responsibilities:
-
Provide therapy services to students ranging from K–12th grade
-
Conduct evaluations, develop and implement IEPs, and document progress regularly
-
Collaborate with general and special education teams
-
Participate in IEP meetings and student planning sessions
-
Serve a diverse caseload with a variety of communication needs including articulation, fluency, language, and AAC
Qualifications:
-
Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
-
Valid Colorado SLP License through the Department of Education (CDE)
-
ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required for most roles
-
CFY supported for the High School-only position
-
Prior school-based experience preferred
-
Strong documentation and communication skills
-
Organized, dependable, and flexible with school schedules and team collaboration
