Full-Time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
ProCare Therapy is seeking a qualified and motivated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a dedicated team of professionals for the upcoming 2025–2026 school year. This full-time position will serve multiple school sites within a well-established and collaborative district that values early planning and a smooth continuity of services for students.

Team Transition Plan: One of the district's current SLPs will be departing later in the school year. To ensure a seamless handoff and minimal disruption to student services, the district is seeking an incoming SLP who can collaborate with the current therapist during a transition period. This proactive planning supports both professional collaboration and continuity of care.

Multiple Site Assignment: Candidates should be comfortable working across more than one school location. Travel between sites will be structured in a manageable and consistent manner.

Supportive Environment: The district promotes a team-oriented culture and offers ongoing support from special education leadership and other related service providers.

Teletherapy Option: While on-site services are preferred, virtual service delivery (VOCO) may be an option based on the candidate’s experience, availability, and student needs.
Qualifications:

Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders

Active or eligible state licensure for Speech-Language Pathology (SLP or SLPA, as applicable)

Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; strong Clinical Fellows (CFs) are also encouraged to apply

School-based experience preferred but not required

Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
