Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology (required)
- Current or eligible SLP state licensure
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates welcome
- Experience or strong interest in school-based settings
- Skills in IEP process, progress monitoring, and service delivery for diverse student populations
- Strong interpersonal and organizational abilities
Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and provide therapy for students with communication disorders
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, aligned with IEP goals
- Collaborate with educators, families, and school staff to support student success
- Document ongoing progress in compliance with district and state regulations
- Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and contribute to a positive, inclusive school environment
