Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Virtual, Part-Time
Location: Remote (Work From Home)
Schedule: 18 hours weekly, with possibility of additional hours

Student Age Range: 5 to 21 years
Support: On-site paraprofessional available for session assistance
About the Position:
ProCare Therapy is seeking a dedicated and experienced Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide virtual speech therapy services within our VOCO program for the 2025–2026 school year. This part-time role offers approximately 18 hours per week, with potential for extension depending on caseload needs.
You will serve a diverse group of students between the ages of 5 and 21, including verbal and nonverbal learners. Additionally, the caseload includes a student who is deaf and communicates via sign language, requiring either proficiency in ASL or collaboration with interpreters. A paraprofessional will be on-site to facilitate therapy sessions, allowing you to focus fully on clinical service delivery.
Responsibilities:

Provide individualized, engaging virtual speech-language therapy to students aged 5–21

Develop, implement, and update IEP goals aligned with each student’s needs

Participate in virtual IEP meetings and collaborate with educational teams

Maintain accurate, timely documentation of therapy sessions and student progress

Adapt therapy approaches to meet the needs of verbal, nonverbal, and deaf students

Work closely with on-site paraprofessionals and school staff to ensure effective session facilitation and student support

Utilize teletherapy technology and digital resources to maximize student engagement and progress
Qualifications:

Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program

Valid state licensure as an SLP in your state of residence and the state where services are delivered

ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred

Experience in school-based or pediatric speech therapy strongly preferred

Comfortable and experienced with virtual therapy platforms and electronic documentation systems

Experience with nonverbal students and deaf/hard-of-hearing populations preferred

Proficiency or familiarity with American Sign Language (ASL) is a strong asset

Excellent communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
