Role Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive online OT services to help students improve functional performance in school-based activities

Perform evaluations remotely using standardized assessment tools and clinical observations

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to write clear, measurable IEP goals

Track progress consistently and adjust interventions based on data and teacher input

Offer consultative support to teachers for classroom modifications and assistive strategies
Required Qualifications:

Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy
-
Active NC OT license in good standing
-
Two or more years of experience in a school-based setting
-
Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport virtually
