Now Hiring: Full-Time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
Position Summary:
ProCare Therapy is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to fill a full-time itinerant position within a school district for the 2025–2026 academic year. This position serves a diverse caseload of K–12 students, with the majority of services provided at the middle and high school level.
You’ll be responsible for traveling between up to three school sites to provide assessments, therapy services, and IEP support in collaboration with school staff and families.
Position Highlights:

Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday

Work Model: Itinerant (serving multiple school locations)

Caseload: K–12 students (primarily middle and high school)

Contract: Full academic year with potential for renewal
Responsibilities:

Conduct speech-language assessments and re-evaluations
-
Develop and implement IEP goals based on student needs
-
Provide individual and group therapy sessions
-
Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports

Attend IEP meetings and collaborate with school teams

Communicate with parents and caregivers regarding student progress

Travel between assigned school sites as needed
Required Qualifications:
-
Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
-
Valid SLP license in [State] or eligibility to obtain one

ASHA CCC-SLP preferred (CFs welcome with supervision available)

Prior school-based experience preferred
-
Reliable transportation and ability to manage an itinerant schedule

Strong time management, communication, and organizational skills
