Role Highlights:

Provide comprehensive speech and language services to students across grade levels

Conduct evaluations to identify speech, language, voice, and communication challenges

Design and implement therapy plans aligned with individual student goals and IEPs
-
Deliver engaging therapy sessions in one-on-one and small group settings
-
Collaborate closely with teachers, special educators, and families to support student growth

Maintain thorough and compliant documentation, including progress notes and reports
-
Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of student support plans

Support communication skill-building within academic and social settings
Ideal Candidate:
-
Holds a Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
-
Licensed in New York State and holds ASHA CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence)

Strong communicator with excellent organizational skills

Experienced or comfortable working in a school or pediatric setting
-
Knowledgeable about IEP processes and special education best practices
