About the Role:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a collaborative and student-centered team in the Carlsbad, CA area. This is a full-time, school-based position for the 2025–2026 academic year, supporting students with a range of speech, language, and communication needs across various grade levels.
Responsibilities:

Provide direct therapy services to students in accordance with IEP goals

Conduct evaluations and assessments using standardized tools

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans

Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams

Maintain accurate and timely documentation

Support inclusive practices and communication strategies within the classroom
Qualifications:

Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
-
Active California SLP license or eligibility
-
ASHA CCCs preferred (CFs will be considered)
-
Prior school-based or pediatric experience is a plus

Strong communication and organizational skills
