Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Full-Time | Carlsbad, CA
Job Description:
A school district in Carlsbad, CA is seeking a full-time, onsite Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for the upcoming school year. The current SLP (contracted through Soliant) will not be renewing, and the district is now hiring for a direct or contracted replacement.
This role serves a mixed caseload of elementary and middle school students, with needs ranging from mild/moderate to moderate/severe disabilities. The district does not utilize SLPAs, so the SLP must be prepared to manage the caseload independently.
Responsibilities:

Deliver speech-language therapy to students with varying needs

Conduct assessments and write evaluation reports

Develop and implement IEP goals and provide progress updates
-
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, families, and school staff

Maintain all required documentation in accordance with district and state guidelines
Requirements:

Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
-
California SLP License (current and valid)
-
ASHA CCCs required
-
Experience with a range of disabilities and grade levels preferred

Must be available for onsite services in Carlsbad, CA
