Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – Full-Time – Cape Coral, FL
Sunbelt Staffing is seeking a licensed and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time, on-site position in Cape Coral, Florida. This role provides an exciting opportunity to support K–12 students in building essential communication and language skills while collaborating with teachers, families, and school staff to ensure academic success.
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct evaluations and assessments to identify students’ speech, language, and communication needs

Develop and implement individualized therapy plans aligned with IEP goals
-
Deliver direct and consultative therapy services in both individual and group settings
-
Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to promote student progress

Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with district standards

Monitor and adjust therapy strategies based on student outcomes
Qualifications:
-
Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
-
Active Florida SLP license (or eligibility to obtain)

ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; CFs are encouraged to apply

Previous school-based experience preferred but not required

Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
