Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required
- Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist

- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a caseload of elementary students, providing therapeutic services according to IEP guidelines
- Collaborate with teachers, special educators, and families to develop and implement individualized plans
- Travel between multiple buildings as needed, depending on assignment (three-building caseload or single-building caseload)
- Provide direct therapy, conduct assessments, and monitor student progress
- Support a functional classroom for intensive support, tailoring interventions for students with complex communication needs
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with district and state requirements
- Participate in team meetings, IEP reviews, and professional development as needed
