Provide speech-language pathology services to elementary-aged students in an engaging school setting within the northern Atlanta area. This opportunity is full-time, onsite, and designed to cover maternity leave through the end of the current school year.
Location:
Two placements available—one in Acworth and one in Woodstock, GA.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech-language evaluation and therapy services tailored to elementary students.
- Collaborate with educators and support staff to develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs).
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with state and district guidelines.
- Participate in team meetings and parent conferences as needed.
- Ensure continuity of care throughout the maternity leave coverage period.
Qualifications:
- Active Georgia Department of Education (DOE) certification.
- Valid Georgia SLP license.
- Experience working with elementary school-aged children preferred.
- Mat leave coverage position; availability required through May 22, 2026.
- Part-time candidates and SLP assistants (SLPAs) will not be considered.
- Strong communication and organizational skills essential.
Work Schedule:
- Full-time, Monday through Friday, 37.5 hours per week.
- Onsite position with no remote or travel options.
