Responsibilities
-
Assess and treat speech, language, and communication disorders for K–12 students
-
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with IEP goals

Deliver direct therapy and collaborate with educational teams and families

Maintain documentation in accordance with New York State Education Department (NYSED) standards
Qualifications
-
Active New York Speech-Language Pathology license (or eligibility to obtain)

NYSED certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist (or willingness to pursue)

Knowledge of IDEA regulations and school-based IEP practices
-
Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
