Travel School Speech Therapist - Camden Wyoming, Delaware
Serve as a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) delivering on-site speech therapy services within a school setting located in Camden Wyoming, Delaware. This full-time role involves supporting students across various grade levels through therapy, evaluations, and Individualized Education Program (IEP) collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide direct speech therapy services tailored to individual student needs
• Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations
• Develop, write, and review IEPs in compliance with state and federal guidelines
• Attend team meetings to discuss student progress and intervention strategies
• Collect and analyze progress monitoring data to inform therapy adjustments
• Maintain accurate and timely therapy documentation
• Utilize software platforms such as Data Service Center and PowerSchool IEP for record keeping and reporting
Qualifications and Experience:
• Active Delaware licensure/certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist (required)
• Previous school-based SLP experience, including evaluation and IEP development
• Strong knowledge of speech therapy service delivery within educational environments
• Effective communication and collaboration skills with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Ability to manage caseload and prioritize responsibilities efficiently
• Reliable transportation and availability for on-site work Monday through Friday (37.5 hours per week)
Work Location and Schedule: This position requires on-site presence at a school in Camden Wyoming, DE, with a full-time schedule during the academic year (26/27 school year).
