School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Wyoming, DE

Position Overview
The ideal candidate brings strong clinical skills, a student-centered mindset, and a commitment to supporting learners with a range of communication needs. You will work closely with educators, families, and support teams to deliver high-quality speech and language services.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide direct and indirect speech-language therapy to K–12 students
• Conduct assessments, evaluations, and create individualized treatment plans
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
• Maintain clear documentation, progress monitoring, and compliance records
• Support communication development across academic and social settings
• Deliver services in alignment with state and federal guidelines
Qualifications
• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active Delaware SLP license (or ability to obtain before the start date)
• School-based experience preferred but not required
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
Schedule & Assignment
• Full-time, onsite
• Follows the 2025–2026 school calendar

Compensation
Competitive hourly pay based on experience and state market averages. Discussed individually during screening.
