Position Details
Location: Wyoming, DE
Schedule: Monday–Friday | Full time, 37.5 hours per week | Full school year
Start Date: August 2025 (exact date shared in interview)
End Date: May 2026

What You’ll Do Every Day
-
Provide individualized speech and language therapy to help students achieve meaningful communication goals

Complete comprehensive evaluations to inform Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
-
Write and update IEPs aligned to student needs and district standards
-
Attend and contribute to IEP meetings, collaborating closely with teachers, staff, and families
-
Collect and analyze progress monitoring data to inform instruction and support student growth

Document services and maintain accurate therapy notes using Data Service Center and Power School IEP systems

Create inclusive and supportive therapy environments where students feel empowered to express themselves

Who We’re Looking For

Active Delaware Speech-Language Pathologist license or certification by the start date
-
Experience in school settings preferred, with strong skills in therapy delivery, assessment, and IEP development

Familiarity with Data Service Center and Power School IEP systems (or willingness to learn)

Strong communication, documentation, and collaboration skills
-
Commitment to full-time onsite service and a student-first approach
