Speech Language Pathologists (SLPs) or Assistants (SLPAs) Needed in Minnesota
Soliant Education is seeking a passionate and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) or Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to join a supportive school district near Cambridge, Minnesota for the upcoming school year.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide direct and indirect speech and language therapy services to students (K–12).

Conduct or assist with evaluations, screenings, and progress monitoring.

Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team.

Maintain accurate and timely documentation of student progress.
-
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and staff to promote communication goals within the classroom environment.
Requirements:
For SLPs:
-
Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.
-
Active Minnesota SLP license (or eligibility to obtain before the start date).
-
ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; CFs welcome to apply.
For SLPAs:
-
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.

Active Minnesota SLPA license (or eligibility to obtain before the start date).
General:
-
Experience in schools or pediatrics preferred, but not required.

Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
