A rewarding opportunity is available for a Speech-Language Pathologist to provide essential services across multiple school settings. This position offers the chance to work with students at Warwick Elementary School, North Dorchester Middle School, and Choptank Elementary School, with assignments starting immediately for the first two locations and April 1st availability for Choptank Elementary. This role supports the communication development of students in both in-person and teletherapy formats within the Dorchester County public school environment.

Key Qualifications:

  • Active Maryland State License in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Experience working in school-based settings preferred
  • Ability to deliver teletherapy services effectively
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with educators, families, and students

Location:

  • Positions available in Cambridge, Maryland, serving Warwick Elementary, North Dorchester Middle, and Choptank Elementary schools

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for students with speech and language impairments
  • Provide direct speech therapy services both in-person and through teletherapy platforms
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and education teams to support student progress
  • Maintain accurate documentation and comply with relevant educational policies and regulations
  • Participate in interdisciplinary meetings and contribute to student success planning

Schedule:

  • Full-time position with 37.5 hours per week
  • Assignment duration through June 10, 2026
