A travel Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) opportunity is available to support students in elementary and middle school settings, with placements at multiple schools in Cambridge, MD. This role involves delivering both in-person and teletherapy services to address the communication needs of children within the school environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Provide direct therapy services to students, both in-person and via teletherapy platforms.
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and school staff to support student progress.
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with school policies.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary planning.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Active Speech-Language Pathologist license in Maryland.
- Experience working with pediatric populations in school settings preferred.
- Proficiency in teletherapy platforms for remote service delivery.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage a caseload and prioritize responsibilities effectively.
