Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Waltham, MA
A contracted opportunity is available for a Speech-Language Pathologist (.4 FTE) at an elementary school located in Waltham, MA. Qualifications:
- Valid Massachusetts state licensure for Speech-Language Pathology
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology
- Experience working as a school-based SLP, preferably in an elementary school environment
- Ability to assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for collaborating with educators, parents, and students
Location:
- Elementary school setting in Waltham, Massachusetts
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech and language evaluations and interpret results
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on student needs
- Provide therapy services to students with speech and language impairments
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student progress
- Maintain accurate documentation and comply with state and school policies
