Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations for students of varying ages.
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to students’ specific needs.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other educational professionals to support student progress.
- Maintain detailed documentation of therapy sessions and student progress.
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to developing inclusive communication strategies.
- Support students in enhancing articulation, language comprehension, fluency, voice, and social communication skills.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Valid SLP licensure and certification appropriate for providing services in Massachusetts.
- Experience working with school-aged children in educational settings.
- Strong understanding of speech and language development and related disorders.
- Ability to effectively communicate with students, families, and school personnel.
- Experience with Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and progress reporting.
- Collaborative mindset and adaptability to dynamic school environments.
