School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist - Cambridge, Massachusetts

A contract position is available for a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) serving students in a K-12 school setting located in Cambridge, MA. This role focuses on providing speech and language services to support communication development within the school environment for the duration of the school year (NSY).
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in students.
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with educators and families.
- Provide direct therapy and classroom-based support tailored to each student’s needs.
- Monitor student progress and adjust interventions accordingly.
- Maintain accurate documentation and comply with school and state guidelines.
Qualifications:
- Valid license to practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP).
- Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred.
- Experience working in school settings, particularly with K-12 populations.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage caseload and work independently.
