School Speech Pathology | Worcester, Massachusetts
An opportunity is available for a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) or Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to support elementary students at a Worcester, MA school. This contract position runs from November 1 through June 2026, providing valuable speech and language services within an educational setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver individualized speech and language therapy to a caseload of approximately 55 elementary students
- Collaborate with educators, administrators, and families to develop and implement effective therapy plans
- Conduct assessments, maintain documentation, and monitor student progress in accordance with school policies and state regulations
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive learning environment
Qualifications:
- Valid state licensure or certification as an SLP or SLPA (Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred for SLP candidates)
- Experience with pediatric populations, preferably within school settings
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Capability to manage a large caseload while maintaining high-quality therapy outcomes
- Open to candidates who are SLP Clinical Fellows (CF) and Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPA)
Work Schedule:
- Full-time hours from 8:15 AM to 3:15 PM, Monday through Friday
