Bilingual Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – Elementary School
Location: Camarillo, CA
Schedule: Full-Time | Onsite
Setting: Elementary Program
Language Requirement: Bilingual – Spanish/English
Pay: $60-65/hr (depending on experience)
Position Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and skilled Bilingual Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join an elementary school program in Camarillo, CA. This full-time, onsite position supports a diverse student population and focuses on improving speech and language outcomes for both monolingual and bilingual learners.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide direct therapy services to elementary-aged students

Conduct bilingual speech-language assessments and write comprehensive reports

Develop and implement IEP goals tailored to language needs

Collaborate with general education teachers, special education staff, and families

Maintain compliance with district and state documentation standards

Participate in IEP meetings and team discussions
Qualifications:

Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology

Valid California SLP License and ASHA CCCs

Fluency in both Spanish and English – Required

School-based experience preferred
- Strong communication and cultural competence in bilingual service delivery
