A rewarding opportunity is available for a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to provide on-site services to students from early childhood through 8th grade in Calumet City, IL. Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver comprehensive speech-language therapy services to students EC-8th grade
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and specialists to develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Conduct assessments, track progress, and adjust treatment plans accordingly
  • Maintain accurate documentation consistent with state and district requirements
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive school environment

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Valid Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) with Speech-Language Pathologist endorsement issued by IDFPR
  • Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred
  • Experience working in school-based settings is highly desirable
  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team

  • Duration: Immediate start through June 3, 2026
  • Hours: Approximately 33.75 hours per week
  • On-site role (no remote or VOCO option)
  • Caseload: Students in early childhood through 8th grade
