Position Summary
We’re seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to provide 100% remote teletherapy services to K-12 students in Virginia. You will work from home and collaborate virtually with teachers, special educators, families, and district staff to deliver high-quality therapy, assessments, and IEP support.
Key Responsibilities

Provide virtual speech-language assessments (language, articulation, fluency, voice) for students K-12

Develop, implement, document, and monitor individualized therapy plans (IEPs)

Deliver teletherapy sessions via approved platform

Maintain accurate documentation of sessions, progress, and compliance with district/state requirements

Participate in virtual IEP meetings, collaborate with the multidisciplinary team (teachers, special education staff, families)

Use teletherapy toolkit / digital tools and ensure timely, professional service delivery
Requirements
-
Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
-
Valid Virginia SLP license (or eligible for licensure)

ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred

Minimum 1 year of experience in school-based or pediatric speech-language pathology preferred

Comfortable with teletherapy delivery (platforms, digital documentation, remote collaboration)

Strong organization, communication, and time management skills

Reliable high-speed internet and a computer meeting required specs (tablets may not suffice)
Schedule & Caseload

Full-time (e.g., 35–37.5 hours per week)

Caseload includes K-12 students with varying speech/language needs (mild to moderate)

All work performed remotely from home
Compensation & Benefits
