This opportunity is designed for a licensed Speech Language Pathologist with experience in school settings to support K-12 students in Burnsville, MN. You will work onsite serving a caseload ranging from 20 to 40 students, delivering tailored speech and language therapy aligned with each student's Individualized Education Program (IEP).
Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders for students in grades K-12
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on student needs
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support student progress
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with district and state requirements
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to a multidisciplinary approach to student success
Qualifications:
- Valid Minnesota Speech Language Pathologist license required
- Experience providing speech language services within a school environment (K-12)
- Ability to manage a caseload of 20-40 students effectively
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Commitment to student-centered service and collaboration with educational teams
