Speech Language Pathologist in Minneapolis, MN
A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available for the 2025-2026 school year, providing services to elementary students from kindergarten through 6th grade. This contract role is situated in Roseville, MN, and is scheduled to run from January 5, 2026, through June 10, 2026. The successful candidate will hold a Minnesota Department of Education SLP license and have a background in speech-language pathology with a focus on school-aged children.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech and language evaluations, screenings, and assessments for students in kindergarten through 6th grade.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address speech, language, and communication disorders.
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and other specialists to support student progress.
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with school and state regulations.
- Provide consultation and training to staff and families as needed.
Qualifications:
- Certified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC).
- Licensed by the Minnesota Department of Education as an SLP.
- Experience working in school settings preferred, specifically with elementary-aged children.
- Completion of Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) is an asset.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
