Responsibilities include:
- Conducting speech and language assessments to identify student needs
- Developing and implementing individualized intervention plans
- Collaborating with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student progress
- Maintaining accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with state and school requirements
- Providing direct therapy services that promote communication skills across a diverse student population
Qualifications:
- Minnesota Department of Education SLP License required
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology preferred
- Experience working in school settings with students from kindergarten through 12th grade
- Strong communication and collaborative skills to engage with educators and families effectively
