Position Overview
Soliant is seeking a passionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for an on-site opportunity in Burney, CA. This role serves students in Pre-K through 12th grade and offers flexibility — hours and caseload are negotiable depending on the candidate. The ideal therapist will collaborate with educators and families to help students reach their full communication potential throughout the school year.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver speech and language therapy services to students in person
- Conduct evaluations and create individualized treatment plans and IEP goals
- Track and document student progress
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other specialists
- Participate in meetings and provide recommendations to support student success
Qualifications
- Active California SLP license
- ASHA CCC-SLP certification preferred
- Experience working with school-aged children
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Commitment to supporting diverse learning needs
Compensation
Compensation for this position ranges from $60 to $75 per hour. We pay for direct and indirect services. Eligible candidates may also receive healthcare benefits, housing, and meals/incidentals.
