Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – Full-Time – Burlington, WA
Sunbelt Staffing is seeking a dedicated and licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time, on-site position in a supportive school district located in Burlington, Washington. This position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by delivering speech and language services that enhance the communication, academic, and social success of K–12 students.
Key Responsibilities:

Assess, diagnose, and treat students with speech, language, and communication disorders

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that meet student needs and align with state guidelines

Provide therapy in both individual and group settings to foster language development and communication skills

Collaborate with teachers, administrators, parents, and other service providers to support student progress

Monitor and document student performance in compliance with district and state requirements

Contribute to a positive, inclusive, and supportive school environment
Qualifications:
-
Current Washington Speech-Language Pathologist license or eligibility

Previous experience as an SLP, preferably in a school setting

Strong skills in assessment, treatment planning, and collaboration

Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
