Speech Language Pathologist in Burlington, NC

Key Qualifications:
- Valid state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)
- Accepting Clinical Fellows (CFY) and those holding the Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
- Previous experience or strong interest working in school settings
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to devise and implement therapy plans tailored to individual student needs
- Familiarity with IEPs and progress documentation preferred
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct and indirect speech and language therapy services to school-aged children
- Assess, diagnose, and treat communication disorders
- Develop and update individualized treatment plans and documentation in compliance with school and district policies
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and other support staff to facilitate students’ communication skills and success in the classroom
- Participate in IEP meetings, multidisciplinary teams, and professional development opportunities as required
